Test shoots and final Photoshoot

in this lesson we had to take pictures of are final Photoshop with Gus as the model. The things that i had to do before i took the shots was booking the camera and when you booked the camera you had to use the camera settings to make the shots what you are gonna do later a bit more detail. Next what you do is you have to do is test shots then after the that you produce your final photographs, the amount of shots you had to take was 10 for portrait and 10 for landscape 20 in total. After that you take the pictures you save it on the USB and go to Photoshop and make a contact sheet. After that you open another Photoshop and edit your final photo shoot by editing the photo suing all the techniques you have learnt.

Proposal

For the picture the ideas I took from this picture is having the gun and hat and taking the background and editing it on Photoshop by having more effects such as having blood in the background to make it more scary and making it a bit crime in this shot because film noir was mostly dominated in crime and genre is about violence. For the hat and gun I will have someone pose in the picture for me and I will take the shot. The reason why I am having the hat and gun is because poster is mostly dominated by violence and it adds more crime in the photo.

In the assassin’s creed picture I would like to use the background because it is different from other backgrounds, it has ghost in the background and it has Blue Square to make the game cover more interesting. Also the things I would like to use is the assassin creed hoodie because it looks good and the picture would look interesting because if I took the picture in the flog it would look very good. The lighting settings I would like to use in the shot is having the red light and taking with the shot because they are going to be a shadow and I would be good because I would go to Photoshop and edit the shadows so I can make ghost I wanted to.

The L.A NOIRE video game the ideas I took from this picture is the hat, gun and suit because the shot that I am doing is about film noir and the genre and film noir is about violence and crime, I also think the person that will be in the shot will look cool and will blend in the film noir era. The sh
ot that I’m going the use it wide shot because most of the picture that are done is a wide shot and close up, also the camera setting that I’m going to use is lets in more light to the camera shutter for an exposure. For the lighting settings I’m going to do is direct light creates strong, well-defined shadows, while the shadows created by more diffuse lighting are much softer.

The ideas I took from the James bond poster is the font because in the shot I’m going to do I could add text like gangster or crime. Also the other ideas I took from the poster is the suit and gun because I could get my model to wear one not a real one just a tuxedo shirt will posing with the gun. Also after I have taken the shot I could go to Photoshop and add an interesting background. For the camera settings the photo shot the I will do is a side light because Moving the light to one side of the subject produces a far more interesting light, and apture because the aperture size will regulate the film's or image sensor's degree of exposure to light.

Generic And Non-Generic

In this lesson we had to work in groups and putt the small piece of paper in order which were generic and non-generic, the people who i worked with were Sam and Jake. In this task we managed to get 3 wrong which was OK but at the end we were shown the answer when Faye shouted them out.

Screening:- This Gun Is For HIVE Critical Viewing

Genre-Action and Crime
The colour of the film is black and white because of the 1900s the film were in black and white.
In the film the used non-diegetic sound because their was music played in the background and the sound effects which is added for the dramatic effect and made when a interesting scene comes.
Most of the costumes in the film was male actors wearing suits with tie and women wearing dresses. most of the objects used in this film was mostly guns and letters because most parts of the film was mostly talking about business.
The ideas i would probably take from this film is the violence and the objects used in this film like and suit, hat or gun (a fake gun).
The things that i would use that i never thought i would use is using the different lighting colour from normal colour to black and white.

Film Noir Ideas

The things i would like to recreate in this poster to my very own is having the same background and coping the gun and suit maybe adding the hat, also the things i would recreate is maybe adding font to picture to make it more interesting.

in this picture the images i would like to recreate is the hat and gun because it is the reason behind the project film noir and it suits the style of picture that and doing 1950s gangsters.

the things i would like to recreate in this images to my image is the red background and having the hat and gun with me and having some one poses and be in the picture for me and next to edit the picture i would go on Photoshop and edit the background with adding the colour red and adding more effects for example adding blood.
the images the i am going to recreate in this poster is the background of the blue and people behind him, also the adding the blades and wearing the hood. i would possibly do this around night time because most of the film noir is done around them time .
